How It Works

The journey begins…

Ex-showroom or low-utilisation devices arrive at our purpose built national refurbishment centre in Leicester.

Assess & Erase

Devices undergo an exhaustive check of more than 30 key components along with the sanitisation of all hard drive data certified to HMG Infosec Standard 5.
(IS5 is a data destruction standard used by the British government.)

Replace

Any worn or damaged parts are replaced.

Test

A thorough test of all machine functions is carried out.

Inspect

A final quality control assessment to verify the machine is ready for work.

Rehome

A full warranty is issued for the device and it’s delivered and installed in its new home.
