5 Simple Steps.

1. Search

The shopper can search for the item they want to purchase or create it if it doesn’t exist, and add it to their basket. When they’re ready, they can select all the items they wish to buy and add them to a request.

2. Request

In the request they can edit, add a reason for buying, add an expected delivery date and mark it as confidential. Once ready, they can select ‘Done’ and send the request for approval.

3. Approval

If the request is within the shopper’s personal approval limit, an order is created immediately and sent to the supplier. If it is outside the limit, the request is sent to a manager for approval before being sent to the supplier.

4. Receipt

When goods are received they can be receipted against the order. Not everything has to be receipted.

5. Invoice

When the invoice is received, our Verify software checks it against the order. If it matches, the invoice is posted automatically, and the order closed.

(Note: Automated matching and posting require Verify. Without it, invoices will need to be processed manually.)
