Version 6.28 of Invu Document Management is now available to all customers with an active InvuCare agreement.
This release is a technical quality update focused on improving performance, stability and day-to-day administration.
It includes improvements to email maintenance, better handling for customers using OneDrive, and new support for copying Expiring Documents results.
Please Note:
Invu Document Management 6.28 will be the final release to support SQL Server 2016.
If your organisation is still using SQL Server 2016, now is the right time to review your upgrade path and plan ahead for future Invu DM releases.

What’s New?
- Improved email maintenance performance – The email maintenance tab now performs more efficiently when working with large data sets.
- Easier email reprocessing – New “All” buttons have been added to make it easier to reset email processing flags in batches.
- Improved OneDrive handling – A new global setting allows “My Invu Documents” to be moved to the user’s local profile. This helps customers where OneDrive is synchronising the local Documents folder.
- Copy Expiring Documents results – Users can now copy search results from the Expiring Documents pane, making it easier to review, share or work through document expiry lists.
- DataHub email processing improvement – The Email processing rule “INTERNAL” now identifies internal and external emails more accurately, regardless of the order of email addresses.
- Additional quality improvements – Version 6.28 also includes additional API logging and a fix for a client login issue where the operating system version could not be parsed correctly.
