Invu Document Management Version 6.27 is Here. Free for InvuCare Customers.
We’re excited to announce that Version 6.27 of Invu Document Management is now available to all customers with an active InvuCare agreement.
This update delivers important quality enhancements and technical improvements to help your system run smoother, faster, and more securely. Version 6.27 lays the groundwork for the future, bringing you improved stability, updated Microsoft platform support, and introducing new ways to manage your Intray with greater precision and control.
Please Note:
Following Microsoft’s recommendations, Windows 11 is the preferred OS version for this release. Likewise, support for Office 2016 and Office 2019 has been withdrawn. If your organisation still uses either of these, you’ll need to upgrade to ensure continued stability and security.
Alternatively, we are pleased to confirm that Windows Server 2025 is now fully supported, ensuring Invu Document Management runs seamlessly on Microsoft’s latest technology.
What’s New?
- New Intray Delete Privilege: Admins can now give users the ability to delete documetns and folders from their Intray for better control and flexibility. (Off by default on upgrade)
- Improved Invoice Coding: Enhanced compatibility and performance in Azure SQL environments.
- Outlook Web Add-in Update: Updated authentication to ensure smoother Web-Addin integration.
- Service Reliability: Improved rule processing and document scanning stability.
