This year’s Global Recycling Day theme couldn’t be more fitting for us at Agilico. The theme is Don’t think waste. Think opportunity!, which is exactly what we’ve done with our award-winning Agilico Zero range. We saw an opportunity to do things differently, to create devices that are sustainable, high-performing, and circular, and the results speak for themselves.
What are Agilico Zero devices?
Agilico Zero devices are BSI-certified remanufactured multifunctional devices (MFDs) that are returned to ‘as new’ working order. We use ex-showroom or lightly used devices with at least 80% of their life left, giving them a long, reliable second life.
Our expert engineers run dozens of quality checks and procedures, remanufacturing each device to meet the highest standards for performance and reliability. Once the process is complete, it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between a new device and an Agilico Zero MFD.

How it works: circular, local, sustainable
- Devices reaching the end of their life or contract are reclaimed to our local remanufacturing centres.
- Usable parts are harvested and remanufactured, keeping valuable resources in the loop.
- Anything that can’t be reused is sent to accredited recycling partners, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

Our impact so far (Apr 2023 – Feb 2026)
In just under 3 years, over 2 million kg of technology has been diverted from landfill, via remanufacturing and recycling what can’t be used again. 1.5 million kg was sent to recycling partners, and 553,148 kg was remanufactured. That’s equivalent to the weight of 163 Routemaster London buses!
Over 30,000 sustainable parts have been harvested and reused.
And we’ve avoided just over 3 million kg CO2 emissions. That’s the equivalent positive impact as planting 153,248 trees or 123 journeys around the circumference of the earth in a petrol car!
