What a year 2025 has been! It’s been busy, exciting, and full of achievements, particularly in sustainability, innovation, and giving back to our communities. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and grateful to our amazing teams and customers who made it all possible.
Here’s a closer look at what we’ve been up to:
Launched Agilico POP – Purchase Order Processing
Our new POP solution streamlines purchase orders from request to approval, helping teams save time, reduce errors, and gain better visibility over spend. When integrated with Verify, our Invoice Processing solution, it offers finance automation too, helping businesses reduce manual processing and save staff hours. Early feedback from customers has been fantastic!
Introduced our Wellbeing Hub
Our Wellbeing Hub gives our employees access to resources, tools, and support to help manage their mental, physical, and financial wellbeing. It’s also a place to share good news stories about what are teams have been up to, celebrate work anniversaries, support fundraising, and more – letting everyone see the fun and human side of Agilico. It’s been wonderful to see engagement grow across the company.
Supported our Communities
Giving back has always been important to us. This year, we’ve:
- Held World’s Biggest Coffee Morning events across Edinburgh, Gateshead, and Southampton, raising over £500 for Macmillan
- Raised awareness and funds for Movember – thanks to an incredible effort by David Newman, Ivan Packer and Team AgiliMo
- Worn our best festive outfits for Christmas Jumper Day across all our offices, supporting Save the Children
- Collected donations for local charities during the Christmas season. Our Gateshead office collected toiletries and gifts for Changing Lives, a nationwide charity (and Agilico customer) supporting people facing challenging times to make positive change. And our Edinburgh office collected toys for Mission Christmas, helping make Christmas magical for children who might otherwise go without.
These initiatives show our commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
Agilico Zero – Our Sustainable Printing Solution
2025 saw continued growth for Agilico Zero, our range of as-new MFDs.

We avoided 1.2 million kg of carbon emissions – that’s the equivalent of planting 63,130 trees!

We’ve installed 2,500 Agilico Zero devices for customers

We stopped 265,000 kg of waste going into landfill by reusing and recycling, the same weight as 21 double decker buses
We’re proud of the carbon we’ve helped save, and the number of Agilico Zero devices installed with customers, furthering our circular-first approach and positive impact.
Launched Carbon Reduction and Finance Automation Savings Calculators
These tools give businesses a clear picture of how much carbon they’re avoiding and how much time and money they can save through process automation.
The Carbon Reduction calculator shows users how much carbon they can avoid by switching to Agilico Zero, as well as energy and cost savings.
The Finance Automation Savings calculator shows users the hidden cost of manual invoice processing and the savings potential when using Verify.
New Customer Print Portal
Our new portal simplifies print management for customers, giving them more control, visibility, and flexibility across their printing infrastructure. Users can order toner, create support requests, monitor usage, and more, making their work easier and more efficient.
Schools for Change Community Launched
This year we launched a Schools for Change, a growing community of educators, pupils and partners working together to reduce environmental impact in the UK’s education sector. Schools can make sustainability pledges, access tree planting packs, learning resources, STEM support, work experience opportunities, and primary schools receive a free copy of Jessie the Jellyfish, a children’s book about ocean pollution, for every Agilico Zero device purchased.
Hosted Sustainability Events
In our Edinburgh and Southampton offices, we ran sustainability-focused events to share knowledge, celebrate progress, and inspire teams and customers to take action for a greener future. In Edinburgh we welcomed The Edinburgh Remakery, and in Southampton, in partnership with the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, we hosted the inaugural Hampshire Sustainability Action Network Meetup.
Most Unusual Installation
Our Agilico Zero device donation to Buttercups Goat Sanctuary is a highlight!
The device supports daily admin for over 120 rescued animals. Our install team, Serge Rydosz and Steven Vicat, delivered and installed the device in 30°C heat, along a single-track lane and through a yard of curious goats, demonstrating the combination of sustainable technology and community impact.
Awards & Recognition
We’re delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Driving Sustainability category in the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce Northern Star 2026 Business Awards for the second year in a row!
Last year we moved to our new, more sustainable home at City South Business Park in Aberdeen. The workshop here is now at the forefront of our Agilico Zero programme, directly supporting the Circular Economy across the North East of Scotland and helping local businesses reduce their environmental impact with greener managed print services.
Team Milestones & Culture
This year we’ve welcomed many new starters and celebrated long-serving colleagues like Sharon Frewin, who recently marked 20 years of service with Agilico, receiving an outpouring of messages from colleagues about her incredible contribution and the positive atmosphere she brings to the company.
It’s been a year full of progress, innovation, and impact.
