We’re delighted to share that Agilico has won the Commitment to Carbon Reduction & Sustainability Award at the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Excellence Awards 2026.
The Crescent Purchasing Consortium is a leading public sector procurement organisation that supports education providers and other public sector organisations across the UK.
This award recognises our work with Agilico Zero BSI-certified, remanufactured devices to reduce carbon, cut waste, and support more sustainable technology choices across education, the public sector, and workplaces throughout the UK.
Awards host Baasit Siddiqui with Matt Wootten, Mark Bryce and Nick Speight.
The award was accepted on the night by Mark Bryce, Sales Director; Matt Wootton, Account Director; and Nick Speight, Account Director, on behalf of Agilico.
Agilico Zero devices are a proven way for organisations to reduce their environmental impact without compromising on performance or reliability. By avoiding up to 97.5% of the carbon emissions associated with manufacturing a new device, they also reduce landfill waste, support the circular economy, and extend the life of valuable technology.
Our Impact
In just over 3 years, over 2.2 million kg of technology has been diverted from landfill, via remanufacturing and recycling what can’t be used again. 1.6 million kg was sent to recycling partners, and 626,037 kg was remanufactured. That’s equivalent to the weight of 179 Routemaster London buses!
Over 30,500 sustainable parts have been harvested and reused.
And we’ve avoided 3.5 million kg CO2 emissions. That’s the equivalent positive impact as planting 173,442 trees or 37 journeys around the circumference of the earth in a petrol car!
A Team Effort
This recognition marks another important milestone for everyone at Agilico who has helped embed sustainable workplace technology into everyday delivery. It truly is a team effort across the business. Thank you.
We’d also like to thank the Crescent Purchasing Consortium for this recognition, and congratulate the other finalists — Ricoh UK, HG Stephenson Ltd, Schools Advisory Service, and Sustainable Energy First — all of whom are helping to drive meaningful progress across education and the wider public sector supply chain.
Finally, thank you to our customers. Your trust, collaboration, and commitment to more sustainable technology choices continue to make progress like this possible.
