In partnership with the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, we were delighted to host the inaugural Hampshire Sustainability Action Network Meetup this week at our Cando House office in Chandler’s Ford.

This brand-new initiative is designed to strengthen Hampshire’s network of sustainability-focused SMEs through shared learning, collaboration, and support. The first session brought together business leaders and operational champions who are passionate about making sustainability a practical reality in their organisations.

Kicking off the Hampshire Sustainability Action Network was a brilliant moment for the Chamber and Agilico—and seeing so many businesses dive in with real energy and purpose was inspiring. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see what we build together.

A collaborative afternoon

The event included structured networking, knowledge sharing, and interactive discussions designed to spark new ideas and partnerships. Attendees also took part in problem-solving sessions and a roundtable exchange of updates, creating a supportive environment for tackling sustainability challenges together.

Spotlight on Agilico Zero

A highlight of the afternoon was a tour of our Agilico Zero refurbishment centre, where guests saw first-hand how we’re refurbishing used devices to extend their lifecycle. By giving technology a second life, we’re helping businesses cut costs, reduce e-waste, and embrace a circular-first approach to managed print.

Mike Salmon, Senior Account Manager at Agilico, gave a talk during the session.

It was a pleasure to host Hampshire Chamber of Commerce at our Agilico head office for the first Hampshire Sustainability Action Network (HSAN) event earlier this week. As a Chamber member and partner of HSAN, Agilico are keen to educate businesses in how they can make a valuable environmental contribution, whilst fitting within often stretched IT, Infrastructure, and Facilities budgets.

Mike’s session offered insight into how Agilico are pioneering the way people think about technology in the workplace, showing that sustainability and commercial viability can go hand in hand – something we’re passionate about sharing with the wider Hampshire business community.

Looking ahead

A big thank you to everyone who joined us to make this first event such a success. We look forward to building momentum and continuing the conversation at future meetups. Together, we can create a strong and supportive sustainability network across Hampshire.
