The agreement is designed to remove surprises. Your quote will show the relevant costs and choices from the beginning.
- Keep subscribing – Continue under a rolling extension.
- Extend for full use – Make the full extension payment shown in the quote for an indefinite period of use.
- Extend for 12 or 24 months – Choose a fixed extension, after which you have an indefinite period of use.
- Return the devices – Return the devices at the end of the minimum term, subject to the return conditions.

The subscription can include Microsoft Surface devices, accessories and other eligible Microsoft products. Agilico will confirm availability and help you choose suitable specifications.
Which terms are available?
You can choose a one, two, three or four-year term, subject to eligibility and approval.
Can I include more than one device?
Yes. Your quote can cover the mix and quantity of devices your team needs.
What happens at the end of the term?
Your quote will set out your options and relevant costs from the start. Depending on the agreement, these can include a rolling extension, a full extension, a 12 or 24-month extension, or returning the devices.
Can we return the devices?
Yes, devices can be returned after the minimum term, subject to the agreement’s return conditions.
Are software licences included?
No. Microsoft 365 and other software licences are sold separately, but Agilico can discuss your wider technology requirements.
