Arquero Property Management is a well-established company based in New Milton, Hampshire.
It has been providing tailored commercial and residential property management services across the UK since 2009, with a strong emphasis on customer care and operational efficiency.

Already being a happy managed print client of Agilico, Arquero were keen to consolidate their digital services under one trusted provider. We began with a comprehensive assessment of Arquero’s existing setup and future needs, proposing an integrated solution which included:

- Teams-Integrated Telecoms – A tailored telephony system that maintained Arquero’s bespoke call-handling requirements, including in-office and out-of-hours support.
- Improved Connectivity – Faster, more reliable internet to support daily operations.
In addition to core services, our team identified weaknesses in Arquero’s existing network cabling and WiFi infrastructure, which we addressed with:
- Installation of a new patch cabinet for secure housing of network switches.
- Deployment of a new PoE switch to power devices directly through Ethernet.
- Installation of three WiFi access points to ensure consistent, high-quality wireless coverage throughout the office, including the previously underserved staff room.
