I have been with the company for almost 20 years, based at the Gateshead office. I appreciate the consistent management and stability throughout this time. I enjoy working alongside like-minded colleagues who are passionate about their work and committed to providing excellent service to our customers. I have had the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally through ongoing training and support. I trained to become a mental health first aider, and I am part of our wellbeing team, which enables me to support colleagues at work and benefits me personally as well.

Nicola SimpsonHead of Business Development (MPS)

Agilico is a good company with bright looking future. I came on board as part of an acquisition and it has been a positive move for my career. There are also some excellent staff benefits and opportunities here.

Kris RobinsonOperations Manager

I joined Agilico in 2023 as an HR Coordinator, and from day one, I knew I was part of a business that truly values its people. Since then, I’ve progressed to the role of HR Advisor and have recently been promoted to Trainee HR Business Partner - a journey I’m incredibly proud of. What stands out most about working at Agilico is the genuine focus on development and growth. The support, encouragement, and opportunities I’ve received have played a huge part in my career progression so far. It’s motivating to be part of a company that not only recognises potential but actively invests in helping you reach it. I’m excited about the future and grateful to be part of a team that’s passionate, driven, and committed to making a difference - both within the business and for our customers.
