Instead of the traditional ‘take-make-waste’ model, where resources are used once and then discarded, our circular-first managed print services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible to cut carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Aberdeen, working from our purpose-built refurbishment centre to extend the lifespan of technology and reduce our environmental impact.

What we’re looking for…

The MPS Sales Account Manager role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and showcasing sustainable workplace solutions from our Make Work Easy suite of products which can help businesses to better Automate, Communicate and Operate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally coupled with knowledge of managed print services, and a passion for sustainability.

What you’ll be doing…

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for Managed Print Services with a focus on our growing range of Agilico Zero MPS devices.
  • Actively seek opportunities to cross sell into our extensive Make Work Easy product suite.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with sustainable MPS offerings.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, discuss sustainability goals, and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Sustainable Solutions Promotion:

  • Promote the company’s sustainable printing solutions and highlight the environmental benefits to potential clients.
  • Educate clients on best practices for reducing their carbon footprint through efficient print management and sustainable solutions.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present compelling and professional sales proposals.
  • Ensure that the CRM is keep updated with information relating to pipeline opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring alignment with sustainability and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting updates to senior management on sales activities and sustainability initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to track the impact of sustainable MPS solutions on clients’ environmental performance.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of MPS solutions to customers.
  • Maximise cross-sell opportunities to introduce new and existing customers to our extensive Mark Work Easy suite of products.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to sustainability in print services.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the company’s MPS offerings and sustainability initiatives.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills, and actively network for new business opportunities.
