IT Support Engineer (Field)

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for the install, service and repair Agilico supplied equipment including hardware and software into our clients offices . Reporting to the IT support Team Leader you will be

Duties

  • To operate independently or as part of an install team
  • To support the installation of Agilico products and services, including networking, printing, scanning, remote monitoring
  • General IT fault finding and identifying potential networking or hardware problems
  • Assist the Remote Monitoring Team (RMT) to address issues.
  • Assist Workshop Manager with I.T related issues.
  • Assist Logistics with flexibility of roles when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a good professional appearance when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain your company vehicle including servicing, tyres and internal cleanliness and external appearance.

Key Skills:                     

  • Entry level I.T. qualification
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player with effective diary planning and time management.
  • Effective troubleshooting procedures.
  • Organisation and maintenance of tools, stock and equipment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving Licence
