As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team working to grow our business and Make Work Easy for our colleagues and improve the service we offer our 14,000 customers.
What we’re looking for…
In this role you’ll be responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role involves managing complex integration projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring that change initiatives are aligned with Agilico’s long-term objectives. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management, business process re-engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
What you’ll be doing…
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale integration and transformation initiatives across the Company.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Programme Management:
- Oversee the management of multiple transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project goals.
- Change Management:
- Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to foster buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
- Address and mitigate risks associated with change and integration processes.
- Integration Management:
- Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless alignment of operations, culture, and strategic goals.
- Standardise and streamline processes across Agilico to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure that systems, processes, and data are integrated effectively to support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication and reporting on the status of transformation projects to the senior leadership team.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices in transformation and integration to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility within the organisation to respond to changing market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5 years+ of experience in leading large-scale transformation and integration projects, preferably within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven track record in change management, process optimisation, and business transformation.
- Experience in managing post-merger integrations is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies.

Working Conditions:
- This role may require occasional travel to various company locations and partner sites.
