As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Edinburgh, working in our purpose-built refurbishment centre to extend the lifespan of technology and reduce our environmental impact.
What we’re looking for…
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team specialising in telesales and outbound calls. The successful candidate will focus on promoting and selling our Managed Print Services (MPS) solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to identify and convert potential clients.
What you’ll be doing…
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and present Agilico as a potential supplier, passing to the Sales team to follow up.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of our MPS offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline.
- Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to the Sales team to maximise opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Follow-Up: Execute timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous telesales/outbound sales role, within the MPS or related industry would be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic understanding of MPS technology.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
