​​We are investing heavily in a brand new office in Aberdeen, opening later this year, so now is a great time to join our high- performing team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the best solutions for our clients. You will be knowledgeable and have proven experience of advising clients on the office solutions we offer. In addition, you will have a proactive nature, have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with customers.

Additions to our existing Managed Print product portfolio include Document Management, Scanning Solutions, Outbound & Inbound Mail and Software-driven telecoms products. These new product offerings complement our highly successful Solution-led Managed Print Services proposition and will provide further revenue opportunities for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying opportunities to build on existing relationships, whilst actively seeking other opportunities.
  • Identify potential new clients and actively seek to develop new business opportunities.
  • Keep our internal CRM system updated with information relating to new and/or existing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain your own personal business plan to meet and exceed your own sales target.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product offering, and gain a good understanding of our competitors within the marketplace, to ensure we continually offer the best products and services to customers.
  • Through strong relationships with your existing client base, you will actively identify opportunities to further develop the products we supply and service.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a customer facing sales role – similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageous.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Dynamics would be a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills

  • The ability to communicate and interpret issues
  • Strong attention to detail is paramount in this role
